The Services include the LasMeta web poker client for Texas Hold'em cash tables, real-time table chat and optional voice notes, wallet-based authentication, and integrations such as the Farcaster mini app and Startale smart-wallet flows. Gameplay runs against our servers and, where indicated, on-chain contracts on Soneium (chain id 1868). Details on wallets and relays are in the Startale, Soneium & wallet disclosures page.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you (“User” or “you”) and LasMeta Platform (“LasMeta,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms govern your access to and use of our “LasMeta” Social Poker Game (“Game”) and associated services, websites, and applications (collectively, “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using our Services.
By accessing or using any part of our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Your continued use of the Services constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these Terms, as they may be updated from time to time.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Game. By accessing or using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract with LasMeta.
Participation in the LasMeta ecosystem is prohibited for individuals or entities located in, incorporated in, or residents of jurisdictions subject to comprehensive international sanctions or where the use of blockchain-based services is prohibited by applicable law.

By accessing our Services, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, incorporated in, or a resident of any such restricted jurisdiction. LasMeta reserves the right to restrict access to our Services from any jurisdiction at any time in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

LasMeta reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates these provisions, including without limitation, reporting you to law enforcement authorities.
Buy-ins, rebuys, and cash-outs that are implemented on-chain require a compatible wallet on Soneium and sufficient ETH (or sponsored gas where available) to pay network fees. In-table chips represent table stakes for the current session and are governed by the table rules and smart contracts shown in the client. $LASM and other LasMeta ecosystem tokens may be used where explicitly surfaced in the UI for cosmetics, seasons, or promotions—always read the specific flow before signing.
No house banked gambling: LasMeta is built as a competitive skill game with transparent table rules. You are responsible for compliance with the laws that apply to you, including whether blockchain-based play is permitted in your jurisdiction.
Digital goods and on-chain actions are generally non-reversible; see the refund policy for limited exceptions.
All content, features, and functionality available through our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of LasMeta and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. You may not use any intellectual property of LasMeta without our prior written consent.
You may create, post, or share content through our Services (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you retain ownership of your content but grant LasMeta a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and perform your User Content in connection with our Services. You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to grant this license and that your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights.
LasMeta reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of our Services and delete all copies of our Game from your devices. LasMeta will not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the Services.
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. LASMETA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT ANY DEFECTS OR ERRORS WILL BE CORRECTED, NOR DOES IT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LASMETA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVICES, EVEN IF LASMETA HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LasMeta, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our Services or your violation of these Terms.
LasMeta reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you by posting the revised Terms on our website or through the Game. Your continued use of the Services after such changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be resolved exclusively in the appropriate international courts. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts.
